Paying by credit card
You have the choice to pay with your card at our shop. At the end of the order, by clicking on "confirm order" you will be sent to the payment page on the secure website of Multisafepay, one of the largest online payment platforms. These payments are made using a secure connection and all customer data are adequately protected (SSL Secured). You'll just fill in the fields to make the payment, confirm and wait for the automatic return to the site to have a correct registration of the order.
The circuits and methods accepted for payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Giropay and iDEAL. For maximum security, the payment transaction is carried out directly on the secure server of Multisafepay. Therefore, the numbers of the credit card of the customer are not stored on the site of articdesign.it. After entering your card details and confirming payment, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.
Paying by bank advance
You can also pay your order by bank advance, the account information will be sent to you together with the order confirmation. Please remember to write the order number as a reference to the bank advance. Send the copy of the bank advance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will be sent as soon as the payment arrives to our account.
For orders made from the European Union, 21% VAT is included in the prices. All other orders are VAT free and you will see the price without VAT in the cart.
Please note that Artic Design will remain closed for holidays 23.12.2016 - 08.01.2017. All the orders received within this period will be shipped starting from 09.01.2017. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Artic Design ships internationally to many countries. You can find out the cost of shipping by selecting the destination country from the drop down list on the 'Shopping Cart' page once you have added a product to your shopping cart.
Every product on our site has an estimated shipping time. Products in stock can be prepared and dispatched within 5-10 days, others products like furniture require a longer time: 3-4 weeks. Each product page on our site includes the estimated shipping time to give you an idea how quickly your order can be dispatched. We aim to ship all products within 7 working days.
Orders are dispatched by DHL. Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they wil leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the state of your shipment at any time from the courier´s www-site.This way you always know the exact location of your order.
Your order has been carefully packed before shipping and we make every effort to minimise the risk of damage in delivery. Upon delivery of the products make sure everything is complete and undamaged. In case of damage in transit we recommend you to refuse damaged goods and inform immediately in written the shipping partner and Artic Design. In case you accepted the goods - contrary to our recommendation we ask you to send us pictures of the damaged occured by email.
The price of the shipment will be calculated on the base of weight and destination of the order by the shopping chart. The shipping costs are viewable before filling in your data.
Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.
