Payment and prices

You have the choice to pay with your card via our Bank (our bank uses 3D protection which is provided by Visa and Mastercard) or via Paypal. Both systems are entirely secured and your card details are encrypted so nobody can see them. Artic Design does not at any point receive information related to your credit card. The benefit to you is that the bank takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their VeriSign secure servers - they always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security. After entering your card details and confirming payment, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address

You can also pay your order by bank advance, the account information will be sent to you together with the order confirmation. Your order will be sent as soon as the payment arrives to our account.

Shipments

Artic Design ships internationally to many countries. You can find out the cost of shipping by selecting the destination country from the drop down list on the 'Shopping Cart' page once you have added a product to your shopping cart.

Every product on our site has an esimated shipping time. Products in stock can be dispatched within 48 hours, others products require a longer time. Each product page on our site includes the estimated shipping time to give you an idea how quickly your order can be dispatched. We aim to deliver all products within 5 working days.

Orders are dispatched by courier (we use DPD for Europe and UPS for other countries). Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they wil leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number. As your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the state of your shipment at any time from the courier´s www-site. This way you always know the exact location of your order.

Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

RETURN POLICY:

We at Artic Design want to guarantee your satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return the products and receive back the price of the items returned. Please inform Artic Design within 14 days (according to the European Union E-commerce directive) from the date you received the order and before you proceed shipping back the products.

Conditions of return

The Customer must return the items unused and in the original packaging. Refunds can only be issued for items in resalable condition. The items the Customer wants to return must be handed over to the courier for return shipment within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The Customer is responsible for paying all the costs related to the returning of the products. The shipment is also on the responsibility of the Customer until it has been received by Artic Design. If the Customer returns any damaged items, which are not packed correctly or are incomplete, Artic Design reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.

Repayment will take place within 10 (ten) days from the date on which Artic Design will receive the goods.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your credit card and identity information are 100% secure with us. We have performed the required procedures to validate compliance for the VeriSign Trust Seal and are very proud to be recognised for providing our customers a secure quality service. The information you submit to www.articdesign.it is handled with utmost care and respect. The personal information will be used only when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries. Information about credit cards will be handled only by a financial institution in a totally secure 3D connection provided by the bank on their VeriSign secure servers. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are required to confirm the orders and contacting the customer in case of possible problem situations.

Artic Design is obliged to securely hold Customer data and not reveal it to any unauthorized persons, or to use it for purposes other than those mentioned, unless the Customer gives explicit authorization to do so.
