Payment and prices
You have the choice to pay with your card through our bank. The system is entirely secured and your card details are encrypted so nobody can see them. Artic Design does not at any point receive information related to your credit card. We and our bank are dedicated to providing secure online payment methods and that’s why we've added an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card. 3-D Secure technology consists of the programs Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. After you enter your credit card details, a new window will appear, requesting your personal security code. Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction within seconds, as well as confirm that you are the individual making the purchase. After entering your card details and confirming payment, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.
You can also pay your order by bank advance, the account information will be sent to you together with the order confirmation. Your order will be sent as soon as the payment arrives to our account.
Shipments
Artic Design ships internationally to many countries. You can find out the cost of shipping by selecting the destination country from the drop down list on the 'Shopping Cart' page once you have added a product to your shopping cart.
Every product on our site has an esimated shipping time. Products in stock can be dispatched within 5-10 days, others products like furniture require a longer time:3-4 weeks. Each product page on our site includes the estimated shipping time to give you an idea how quickly your order can be dispatched. We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days.
Orders are dispatched by DHL and parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they wil leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number.
As your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the state of your shipment at any time from the courier´s www-site. This way you always know the exact location of your order.
Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.
